Enrolment and intake

Enrolment takes place after an intake interview and, where applicable, a language test or learnability test. The intake is free and without obligation. The agreement is formed as soon as you accept the offer; an enrolment is final once you have received our confirmation.

Payment

Payment is made by invoice or via your DUO loan. When paying via DUO, we invoice DUO directly. For private programmes you pay within the term stated on the invoice. When paying in instalments, the arrangements in your course agreement apply.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You cancel in writing or by email. In line with the NRTO terms, a sliding scale applies: if you cancel up to two months before the start date, you pay 10% of the agreed price; this rises to 50% for cancellation within two weeks before the start, in each case less any course materials not yet received. A single lesson can be rescheduled in consultation with your teacher.

As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases, unless the course has already started within that period with your consent.

Cancelled lessons and replacement

If a lesson is cancelled due to teacher illness, we schedule a replacement lesson or arrange a substitute teacher. Lessons cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control are always made up.

Liability

Conrado makes every effort to achieve a good learning outcome, but cannot guarantee an exam result. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the programme, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Changes to these terms

Conrado may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, for example in response to new laws and regulations or a change in our services. The most recent version is always published on this website, together with the date it was last changed. For a course you have already enrolled in, the terms that applied at the time of enrolment continue to apply, unless a change is required by law. If a significant change affects your ongoing programme, we will inform you in advance.

Complaints

We handle complaints in accordance with our complaints procedure, which you can find on this site. If we are unable to resolve the matter together, you can submit your complaint to the Blik op Werk Board of Arbitration.
