Free language lessons for adults in the municipalities around Amsterdam. In community centres, at primary schools and tailored programmes, delivered by Conrado on behalf of six municipalities.
What is the Taaloffensief?
A municipal project, delivered by Conrado.
The Taaloffensief is a municipal project. Conrado delivers these language lessons on behalf of six municipalities in the Amsterdam region.
- You have lessons twice a week, three hours each time.
- The lessons are free.
- The programme is only available to residents of the participating municipalities.

Programmes
Free language lessons in your neighbourhood or at school.
Language in the Neighbourhood
Accessible group courses in community centres and neighbourhood hubs. You learn Dutch by practising situations you meet in daily life.
Please note: you cannot take part in this course if you have a civic integration obligation.
Language and parental involvement
This course takes place at your child's school, during school hours. You practise practical subjects you meet as a parent at school, such as talking to the teacher and helping out with school activities. That way you communicate better at school and become more involved in the school and in your child's development.
Please note: to take part in this course your child must attend a primary school in one of the participating municipalities.

Alongside the Taaloffensief, Conrado also delivers civic integration programmes for municipalities as a separate contract, including Uithoorn, Ouder-Amstel, Amstelveen and Aalsmeer.
