Conrado B.V. processes personal data of students, website visitors and business contacts. This statement explains which data that is, why we process it and what rights you have.
Who we are
Conrado B.V., based at Papaverweg 42 b en c, 1032 KJ Amsterdam, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement. KvK 95739076. You can reach us at info@conrado.nl.
What data we process
We process data you provide to us yourself through the forms on this site or during the intake:
- Name, email address and phone number
- Your learning goal, estimated language level and preferred location
- For civic integration: data required for DUO programmes, such as your integration obligation and your learnability test result
- For business enquiries: organisation name, sector and number of participants
- When registering for the Taaloffensief: your address, the municipality you live in and the course you want to take; for Taal en Ouderbetrokkenheid also the name of your child's primary school, so we can place you at the right school
Why we process this data
- To contact you after an intake or quote request (performance of the contract)
- To administer your course programme and coordinate it with DUO (legal obligation for civic integration)
- To send invoices and keep our records (legal obligation)
- To occasionally send you updates and offers, only if you ticked that box on the intake form (consent, which you can withdraw at any time via info@conrado.nl)
Retention periods
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment are deleted after 12 months. We keep student records for 7 years. Our financial records are also kept for 7 years (statutory tax retention requirement).
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We only share it with parties that are necessary for our services:
- DUO, when you follow a civic integration programme with us
- TransIP, for hosting our website and email
- SnelStart, for our accounting
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States), for sending confirmation and enquiry emails from our website. Resend may process data in the United States. This transfer is protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Resend is certified, and by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to processing or ask us to transfer your data. To do so, email info@conrado.nl. We respond within four weeks.
Are you unhappy with how we handle your data? You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
